To return or exchange an item, please CONTACT US

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days (Lagos) or 5 days (outside Lagos) of receiving your package.

International orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.  

​

We only offer refunds if you have received a defective or incorrect product at our sole discretion. Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please immediately contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

Your item must be unused and in the original unworn condition with all tags attached.  It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. 

 

Your item must be returned in the original packaging.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are received after the 2 - 5 days grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.

 

Items sent back to us without CONTACTING US first  will not be accepted.
